Who is this service for?

This service is for companies that work with online orders for products and services. Users can pay online with bank cards directly from their mobile devices.

Online payments are available for price list transactions from the app and web-page of your company.

How to enable online payment via CloudPayments?

It is required to conduct a contract with the CloudPayments service.

Go to the settings in UDS Business, then find the “Orders” tab and then the “Order payment” section and click on “Enable online payment”. Then select “CloudPayments” by clicking on “Set up”.

The next step includes the following:

  1. Download and fill in the form in the electronic format.

  2. Attach the file in .docx.

  3. Sign and stamp the form, scan it and attach it in .pdf.

  4. Click on “Send”.

Then the application will be sent to the payment service provider for approval. Within 3 business days, the invoice for payment will be directed to the email specified in the form. After payment, access to the CloudPayments personal account will be granted (https://merchant.cloudpayments.ru).

Do customers have to enter card details each time?

Apple Pay / Google Pay can be used, if available.

How long does it take to review an online payment application?

The Cloudpayments service reviews the application within 3 business days from the moment when the data has been sent. Access to the personal account will be granted after the invoice is paid.

How monetary funds are transferred?

The money is transferred to the account in one transaction the next day except for weekends and holidays.

(Notifications of payment dates during the New Year holidays are in the “News” section in the Cloudpayments personal account (https://merchant.cloudpayments.ru)).

How to acquire payment details?

Specify your email in the “Email notifications” section in the settings of the Cloudpayments personal account for receiving transaction details.

How to obtain monthly reports/closing documents?

The data can be filtered by the required dates and reports can be downloaded in the “Reports” section in the Cloudpayments personal account (https://merchant.cloudpayments.ru).

How to add an employee to the Cloudpayments personal account?

To add employees go to the “Employees” section and click on “Add employee”.

Access to the Cloudpayments personal account (https://merchant.cloudpayments.ru) will be provided to the indicated emails.

How to make a refund?

To refund the monetary funds proceed as follows:

The monetary funds will be refunded within one day from the moment when the “Refund” button in the Cloudpayments personal account has been clicked on.

There are two statuses of the refund transaction: “Authorized” and “Completed”.

The “Authorized” status means that the refund is in the queue and the system waits for the required amount during the day.

The “Completed” status means that the refund is made, and notification and payment receipt are sent to the client.

How long does the refund process take?

When the status of the refund transaction is “Completed” in the Cloudpayments personal account (https://merchant.cloudpayments.ru), the monetary funds are transferred to the bank of the payer. The further refund terms directly depend on the bank of the cardholder – the monetary funds may be transferred immediately or in up to 5 days.
