How to create a certificate?

Last update: 18.08.2023

Certificates are an effective and easy-to-use tool to increase sales.

In UDS Business you can issue certificates in the form of additional points that customers receive for their purchases.

Increase the average bill of the company through additional items in the customer's bill. Suggest the customer purchasing more items for a large amount to obtain a profitable offer – a certificate for the next purchase. Thus, this customer increases the average bill of the company and receives a reward that exceeds the value of the overpaid money.

Recommendations on creating certificates:

  • Determine the current average bill of the company.

  • Set the requirement for receiving the certificate – the purchase amount should be above the average bill amount by 10-30%.

  • Set the reward rate. Customer's profit should exceed the additional amount of the purchase.

  • Instruct employees.

  • Place printed materials and publish posts on the company's social media where customers can find out more about certificates.

Important! Only four certificates can be active in the company at a time.

Step 1. Open the Certificates tab in the UDS Business and click the Create button.

Step 2. Choose the method of issuing the certificate:

  • Automatic distribution. The certificate will be distributed in your company.

  • Manual distribution. Distribute certificates to your customers manually

  • Cross-marketing distribution to customers of other companies. The certificate will be distributed by a third-party company.

Created certificates are displayed in the Certificates tab in the UDS Business, where you can view statistics on the number of issued certificates, suspend, activate or stop issuing the certificate, or go to the detailed certificate page.

The detailed page of the certificate displays information about the number of issued certificates, unique views and the number of certificates used.

  • Certificates which are short of quantity or their distribution is stopped will be displayed in the Distributed tab.

  • Used certificates will be automatically moved to the Completed section.

Also on the certificate page, you can see the customers who have used it.
